Megastar Chiranjeevi – Remake of Tamil Movie Kaththi- Blockbuster or Diasaster

We all know the fan base of Megastar Chiranjeevi, after a debacle in the political career, the Superstar wants to restart his innings with a remake movie. It clearly indicates his insecurity and desperate longing to see a victory at the very outset. It’s natural for a star to come back and hit the silver screen with a bang. It’s not wrong to enthrall his mammoth fans with his new movie. We need to analyze it’s a good tactic to remake a movie which was a blockbuster in south India. Would this movie be a savior and redeem the faded fame of Chiranjeevi post the release. Is this a right decision by the superstar to remake it ? or he should try with a new subject , probably, can take more time to decide on the script as opposed to refill the old wine with a different title. Would these appeal to the masses of his fans or would they turn them down, shouldn’t these questions be answered by the megastar before attempting to replay the role already done by Illayathalabathy. Would this movie bring credibility to Chiranjeevi. We have noticed the decline of Sahasa Simha Vishavardhan, a great actor in Kannada film industry due to slew of remake movies which were already watched by the people of Karnataka when the original version in the principal language was released. Would this defeat also trap the Megastar if he is not rational thinker and make a perfect decision about his 150 New Movie.

There is  a huge expectation from the film industry about the new combination of suecessful director A R Murugadoss and Prince Mahesh babu. Mahesh babu has failed miserably at the box office in his previous film Bramotsavam. He seems to be pinning hopes on the maveric director A R Murugadaoss. There has been lackluster movie being released and disappearing from the theaters. We need to wait and see whether we could see any novelty in the movie to be completed by this combo. If it meets the expecations should be enought to shatter the box office and the fans are already deprived and feeling let by the previous movies.
