Aircraft Accidents – Rattles the entire world

Aircraft Accidents  has become a nightmare to the travelers. It’s rattling the top brass of Airline Industry as they are unable to avert the recent accidents. Who would be held accountable for employing a depressed pilot to take off the Aircraft. The pilot has literally made the lives the people miserable, it’s a scar that would linger for ever in the hearts and minds of the people. In another instance, there is no trace  of the debris of the Aricraft that drowned in Indian Ocean. Is there a lapse in the entire protocol of management of the Airline industry, although the accidents would actually make dent into the brand image of the Airliners. The CEO has come down to pay tribute to the victims and also offered to help the families of the deceased ones. What kind of preventive measures Airlines industry need to implement to avert these kinds of unfortunate accidents.
In another incident, there was shot down of the Aircraft , there is no mercy for perpetrators of the crime. It doesn't help out by making speeches and making a statement such as "the heart goes out to the victims and their families and to rest in peace". There must be a sincere efforts in terms of recruiting the credible employees , by providing good training, and a constant psychological and physical tests needs to done on the lead players of the Aircraft.
The Airline industry needs to make a thorough investigation and analysis on these debacles, and must come out with an action plan to create a healthy travelling experience.
There must be strict adherence to the standard procedure and the world must come together  to solve the global problems in a concerted efforts

Prince Mahesh Babu - A R Murugadass new movie

There is  a huge expectation from the film industry about the new combination of suecessful director A R Murugadoss and Prince Mahesh babu. Mahesh babu has failed miserably at the box office in his previous film Bramotsavam. He seems to be pinning hopes on the maveric director A R Murugadaoss. There has been lackluster movie being released and disappearing from the theaters. We need to wait and see whether we could see any novelty in the movie to be completed by this combo. If it meets the expecations should be enought to shatter the box office and the fans are already deprived and feeling let by the previous movies.
