The basic plot of the movie revolves around the emotions of Jealousy, lust, greedy. Vikram (Lingeswaran) plays the role of a Body builder who aspires to clinch the National championship. Amy Jackson (Diya) plays the role of a Super Model trying to see success by endorsing the luxury brands without compromising on her professional ethics. Lingeswaran is a staunch admirer of Diya for her beauty and would show his affection to her by purchasing all the products endorsed by her. Upen Patel plays the role of a Model who would be pairing up with Diya for all the products or advertisements. He is very popular in the modeling industry and endorsements, who is trying to exploit Diya with his lustful acts. She would outright reject his hidden agenda, and thus, Upen patel with his influence brings a new model to pair up with him for other endorsements replacing Diya.

 Diya being ambitious wants to successfully achieve advertisement campaign in china and would be looking out for a co-model. She would seek to take the help of ligeswaran to accomplish the project, this would be an obstruction for him to compete in the body building competition at the national level. However, he would sacrifice his aspiration to full fill the dreams of Diya.

 Diya would hire a transgender stylist to change the entire outlook of Lingeswaran into a perfect model; during this process that transgender gets attracted to his physique. Transgender employs all kind of ploys to get his attention but for no avail.   The director of the advertisement suggests diya to act as if she is in love with Lingeswaran to get the right mix of chemistry in the advertisements. Thus, Lingeswaran would fall in love with Diya.
During state level body-building competition, Lingeswaran encounters a duel with a fellow body builder who is scared of his defeat as compared to the skills of Lingeswaran.
Suresh Gopi plays the role of a Doctor administering medication to the mother of Diya who is suffering from Diabetes. He is attracted to Diya right from her childhood, unwilling to accept to be called as an uncle by her. The Business Magnet Ramukar Ganesn running the business of Advertisements would rope in for all the advertisements to be delivered by lingeswaran and Diya. Ramkuar would insist for one of the Advertisements related to the soft drinks to be endorsed by Lingewarn, but he would have reservation for this as he is acquainted with the fact of its menace to the society. This would trigger an onset of grudge in him to destroy ligeswaran. The Doctor isn't happy with the relationship between Lee and Diya, consequently, he would be waiting to perish Lingeswaran. There was an event leading up to a discussion of marriage between Lingeswaran and Divya as all the family members gathered together to agree on it.

The Transgender, upen patel, Suresh Gopi, Body Builder and Ramkumar Ganesn would form an alliance to wipe out lingewaran and they would be planning the strategies to kill him. During that process, Doctor would reveal that they would inject a Virus call "I" into his body which would gradually deform and disfigure him, and that would make him to look ugly. The rest of the story is all about how Lingeswaran gets to know about the deception by the Doctor and his nexus, of the incepted Virus on to his body, the unique way of retaliation he employs to make them pay the price for their dreadful acts. How Diya gets to know about the unfortunate incident happened to Lingeswaran, whether she would embrace him despite being disfigured hunchback. 

Santhanam being the closest friend of Lingeswaran has been successful in making the viewers to experience humor. He has done his role quite perfectly and a big plus for the movie.

Vikram as a body builder, Model and disfigured performance has lived himself into the characters. It’s a visual treat to watch as he flawlessly manifested his emotions in each of the characters. He is the best when it comes to performance and delivery of any kind of characters In the industry.

Shankar has always been coming out with his unique concepts; in case of "I" it’s a revenge drama with right blend of commercial elements in the movie. The visuals in the movie are captivating and extravagantly mind blowing

A R Rehman composed beautiful songs and the background score is appropriate right thought the movie.

“I” is intriguingly eye captivating as well as an impeccable performance from Chiyaan Vikram. The movie is worth watching for the incredible amount of efforts by the team and more specially, indomitable spirit of Vikram’s Performance.

Prince Mahesh Babu - A R Murugadass new movie

There is  a huge expectation from the film industry about the new combination of suecessful director A R Murugadoss and Prince Mahesh babu. Mahesh babu has failed miserably at the box office in his previous film Bramotsavam. He seems to be pinning hopes on the maveric director A R Murugadaoss. There has been lackluster movie being released and disappearing from the theaters. We need to wait and see whether we could see any novelty in the movie to be completed by this combo. If it meets the expecations should be enought to shatter the box office and the fans are already deprived and feeling let by the previous movies.
